Self-Care Sundays With Gabby

So as we all know fall is here. Fall is honestly one of my favorite seasons. So this week I highly recommend that everyone practice some self-care by going outside.
Something that helps me is being around nature, I love taking my walks and hearing the leaves rustling in the trees and getting some fresh air. So this week make sure that you spend some time outdoors. Since we are all cooped up in the house because of the pandemic, this will be a great way for you to clear your head and enjoy the beautiful fall weather. I know that this week I will be sipping a chai tea and trying to enjoy the fall weather.
Another thing that I recommend is putting down your phones and devices and curling up with a good book. That always makes me feel so much better, of course with a chai tea or vanilla chai. They are both great. Spending some quality time with yourself helps a lot. If you have been stressed out lately because of school or work, make sure to dedicate this weekend to yourself.
