Bold Blind Beauty On A.I.R. Podcast was created to promote the idea that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves A.I.R. – Access, Inclusion, and Representation. Our podcast guests, many of whom are allies, eloquently articulate the importance of A.I.R. (Accessibility, Inclusion, and Representation).

Our presenters are proficient, enthusiastic, and accomplished women who are on the blindness spectrum. These remarkable women boldly share their impactful personal journeys while compellingly advocating for A.I.R. (Access, Inclusion, and Representation), emphasizing the integration of individuals with disabilities into the workforce. When we hire people with disabilities at every level within an organization we are “Embracing Inclusivity & Empowering Every Role.”
