Fall Forward Beauty Trends 2021

Beauty Buzz/Blog Biz | Fall Forward Beauty Trends 2021

Man… Labor Day was barely here before pumpkin drinks started popping up in the coffee shops. You know what that means, it’s fall y’all! Here are some of the fall beauty trends that you might fall in love with.

Eyes Wide Open

Fall Forward Beauty Trends 2021: Closeup photo of a Caucasian woman's eyeshadow.

The focus is still very high on eyes. From lush lashes to bright eye shadows and well-groomed full brows. You might want to experiment with different mascaras and try some lavender eyeshadow. If you want to get into false lashes, I recommend you go to a professional until you get the hang of how to do them. Do your homework on that.

Lip Defining

This just seems funny to say that lipstick is back! If you’re not the candy apple red fan of lipstick, try some in the berry family. Need help? I find the people at stores such as Ulta are very good at selecting lipsticks. I have them do it for me and it works! It has been my experience that Ulta beauty is very good at assisting with makeup selection if you tell them what you’re looking for along with other beauty products.

The Art Of The Nail

Autumn plaid nail art design. Orange, black, white, purple plaid and bronze/gold flecked solid colors.

Nail art is still trending. Exchange your hearts and flowers motif to pumpkins and leaves or anything in between.

Autumn Shades

Do you want to try a new hair color this season? The hair color beauty trend is reddish-brown coppery hues, reminiscent of caramel apples. Please seek out a professional colorist if you want to color your hair at any point. Your hair is not a science experiment and you don’t want to play around with chemistry.

It’s A Wrap

Eleven different colored hanging scarves with fringed edges.

Here is a beauty trend that I already embraced as a part of my style, scarves! From bandanas or tied into braids and ponytails, scarves are hot this season. You can have a lot of fun with prints and different colors. Hit the discount stores or thrift shops for real inexpensive ones. If you are having a bad hair day a scarf is perfect! However, I will say there is a scarf etiquette; please don’t wear your satin sleep scarf out. I know we have gotten real casual over the past year-and-a-half but come on now. I just had to say it.
