Awareness is the greatest alchemy there is. Just go on becoming more and more aware you will find your life changing for the better in every possible dimension. It will bring great fulfilment.

Is your relationship a primal instinct to mate, fulfill your base addiction and getting your needs met? Have you placed your partner, or potential partner, on a pedestal for Gods and Goddesses and then been let down by his/her annoying rather than inspiring habits? Is your sole purpose in a relationship to find that chemistry spark before getting to know your partner? How many potential relationships have you let go because you do not have that “chemistry”?
Have you considered your relationship a chalice of goodness and understanding? What synonyms for love would you put in your “love bank of words” to fill up that chalice? Are these words in alignment with your values?
Pay attention to your energy level and your emotional intelligence. Are you waking up and asking what you can do for your loved one instead of creating your to do list? How can you better uplift your partner and motivate him/her in self-growth?
If alchemy means turning a metal into gold, are you turning your relationship into a gold bar which cannot be broken by your primal needs? Rather, it can be illuminated with proper shining and if invested wisely, that gold bar can grow exponentially.
Are you giving your power away in your relationship because you do not have a foundation of values, compassion, empathy, emotional understanding, authenticity or room for abundance? Are you looking through rose lenses of joy rather than green lenses of jealousy?
I invite you to create your love bank of words to periodically review when starting or ending a relationship. Take it a step further and along with your values – how can you improve your relationship with yourself? If you do not like yourself, or even love the miracle that you are, then how can you give away love to someone else?
Love is more than a chemistry experiment. It is truly desiring and understanding your partner beyond those primal instincts which lead us by bonding chains of codependency and lust. You have so much more to offer! Believe in yourself and love yourself!

My name is Teresa Gregg. I am a mom of two adult children and a grandma of four grandchildren.
I was born with congenital glaucoma and uveitis. In 1993 I had my left eye removed due to glaucoma and in 2013 my right eye also. After that surgery I fell into depression then eventually became tired of living in victim mode.
I am a Certified Transformational Life Coach with the certifications to assess/debrief with the Energy Leadership Index and Emotional Intelligence 2.0. In 2017 I won the Hadley School for the Blind Forsythe Center for Employment and Entrepreneurship Program Grant to start my own coaching practice.
It is my vision to offer endless positive possibilities for a heart-centered energetic passion-driven lifestyle. Working with families who have children with disabilities and being a liaison between the family and their IEP team is rewarding. Partnering with schools for the blind in workshops regarding social interactions, recreation and leisure, self-advocacy, self-determination, Human Growth Development, and Sexual Education is a passion for me. Helping others understand their sexuality and social and emotional skill sets is the best gift I can offer those with a visual impairment.
