“One of the most touching moments as a mother came when my daughter announced to an entire congregation at church that her mother provided her with much more than rides to school, or other vision related task as I taught her resourcefulness and independence.” ~Jule Ann Lieberman, Advocate

Hi, I'm Stephanae, my friends call me Steph! I'm a highly sensitive proud introvert and a recovering people-pleaser. These traits or quirks used to bother me because I always felt otherworldly until I embraced myself as I am. Today, I view my quirks as my superpowers and while I have good and bad days, overall my life has been an amazing journey and I still believe anything is possible. I'm a continual work in progress, and fully accept that all of my experiences contribute to who I am today.
You’re very welcome!! I was brought to your blog through you liking a comment of mine on another blog. I look forward to reading your posts. Have a good one! Steph
I’m so sorry you never had the opportunity to share your appreciation of your mom with her prior to losing her. It seems quite a few mother daughter relationships are complicated.

JuleAnn is an amazing woman.

Yes she is! 🙂
That’s a wonderful story. Jule Ann Lieberman must have been teary-eyed to hear her daughter say such a sweet thing.
Thanks Bun! I’m sure she was teary-eyed, I know I would have been.
That’s powerful.
Thanks Michelle!
Resourcefulness and independence are two very important traits to be taught and learn.
If only all daughters were so appreciative. Sadly, I lost my mum before I could tell her how much I appreciated her.
