Calling All Audio Description Narrators. We want to CELEBRATE you!

2021 has been an exciting year on the Audio Description (AD) front. As a member of the blind/low vision community, I’m thrilled that your amazing art is being recognized on a broader scale.

As you may know, among the inclusive AD events, are the new categories for AD Narrators at this years’ Voice Arts Awards. Recognized as voice acting’s biggest stage, the Voice Arts Awards are hosted by The Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS).

What is particularly noteworthy about this years’ event is the collaboration between SOVAS and Bold Blind Beauty. SOVAS embraced our A.I.R. (Accessibility, Inclusion, and Representation) philosophy and in turn, we were thrilled to help them spread the word.
