  12. Happy Thanksgiving Steph. I have his quote in my collection. Profound words of advice. 🦃🌾🍁🍂🌹

    1. Hi Wendy. Some people are so gifted with their use if words and President Kennedy was such a person. I hope you are doing well.

  13. Quotes so often provide perspective by way of a clever turn on words. But this one offers real substance, because it beckons people to action, as so often President Kennedy’s words do. Hope you’re having a Happy Thanksgiving with your family, Stephanae. :O)

    1. I agree with you Paul. Words are powerful and even more so when they prompt us to take action. I hope you and you family had a lovely Thanksgiving.

      1. Very nice. Thank you Stephanae. ‘O)

  19. Happy Thanksgiving Steph, President Kennedy (I didn’t know he read this blog too), and to all who read Steph’s wonderful blog! We all have a lot to be thankful for, regardless of what are our challenges are.

    1. Amen Carla. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.

      1. Amen! Thanksgiving a bit tough this year being in solitary confinement due to my broken ankle and my blindness. But I know I have a lot to be thankful for, and I would add meeting you makes it one more blessing to be thankful for. So glad I stumbled upon your site! (But if my sight existed, I would have never stumbled and broken my ankle!)

      2. The feeling is mutual Carla! Isn’t it funny how things work out? I’ve mulled over how my life has changed after sight loss and I know I wouldn’t have met the phenomenal people I’ve encountered had I not lost my vision. I’m constantly amazed at the positive effects we have on one another as we embark on changing the world.
