Exercise…It does a body good!
I’m working really hard to control my excitement today because I’ve uploaded my very first video YAY!!! A couple of quick comments before you view the video, #1. I am not and never have been a videographer, #2. I added photos at the end that I request you ignore as in hindsight I’d rather post them here.
There is a picture of my nemesis, the universal gym, of whom I will be getting more intimately acquainted with due to miniscule (0.8 lb.) weight gain over the past week. I’ve held out as long as possible but it’s time now to kick it up a notch. In addition, I started doing modified push-ups, crunches and planks that I will steadily increase to twice daily.
Today’s weigh in is 155.4 pounds and the good news is I lost another half-inch off my hips.
Here’s todays’ total numbers:
- Weight: minus 10.6 pounds
- Thighs minus 5 inches
- Arms: minus 1 inches
- Bust: minus 1 inches
- Waist: minus 4 inches
- Hips: minus 3 inches
Another source of delight was the receipt of my newest addition to my shoe collection. The lovely mint colored Qupid Pointer-56 Suede Pointy Toe Flat from www.urbanog.com arrived on Thursday and they are so much prettier in real life. I don’t think any photo could do them justice. If you recall I was going on and on about these shoes last week.
Going forward it is my hope to be able to post at least one video per week and I’m really looking forward to starting makeup tutorials. Until that time I will continue to learn how to edit and enhance my videos. Stay tuned!!
